• Breakthrough in Corrosion Resistance:The alloying design containing 0.3% Mo and 0.8% Ni has an annual corrosion rate of less than 0.02mm in hydrochloric acid, chloride, and weak reducing acids. Its resistance to crevice corrosion is superior to pure titanium and close to TA9 (Ti-0.2Pd) alloy. The surface has been acid washed or polished, suitable for harsh scenarios such as seawater desalination equipment and electrolytic cell anode mesh.
• Mechanical performance balance:Annealing tensile strength ≥ 485MPa, yield strength ≥ 345MPa, elongation ≥ 18%, possessing both rigidity and toughness. Through vacuum melting and cold drawing process, it has excellent fatigue resistance and is suitable for complex load scenarios such as pressure resistant shells of deep-sea detectors.
• Process adaptability:Diameter ranging from 0.1 to 8.0mm, supporting customization of coiled wire (5-20kg) or straight wire (500-1000mm). Welding requires high-purity argon gas (≥ 99.99%) protection, with a weld strength of over 90% of the base metal, suitable for TIG/MIG welding and precision weaving. The surface can be customized with acid wash or mirror polishing to meet different interface adhesion requirements.

• In the field of chemical engineering: reaction kettle stirring shaft, heat exchanger tube bundle, maintain stability in a deep-sea environment of 5000 meters.
• Ocean engineering: The sealing reinforcement wire of seawater desalination equipment has better resistance to Cl ⁻ corrosion than 316L stainless steel.
• Electrolytic industry: The anode mesh of the ion membrane electrolytic cell has a corrosion resistance life that is increased by more than three times in high temperature and low pH environments.

Quality Assurance

• Adopting vacuum melting+precision rolling process, the entire process passes ultrasonic testing and third-party mechanical performance testing. The surface of the product is treated with acetone degreasing and acid washing, and vacuum sealed moisture-proof packaging.
