GR2 Titanium Rod for Chemical Industry
This product is made of industrial pure titanium GR2 (TA2) material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. It is suitable for the manufacturing of key components such as reaction vessels, heat exchangers, and pipeline systems.

- Balanced corrosion resistance: purity ≥ 99.5%, exhibiting better resistance to pitting and stress corrosion than stainless steel in acid, alkali, salt, and organic media, especially stable long-term operation in neutral or weakly acidic environments ≤ 300 ℃.
- Mechanical performance adaptation: tensile strength of 345-530MPa, yield strength of ≥ 275MPa, elongation of ≥ 20%, maintaining good plasticity while meeting structural strength requirements, capable of withstanding mechanical stress under complex working conditions.
- Mature processing technology: supports forming methods such as hot forging, hot rolling, cold drawing, etc. The surface is polished/polished (Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m), and can be customized with specifications of φ 10-350mm × ≤ 3000mm, suitable for high-precision equipment requirements.
