High purity alpha titanium alloy GR2 (corresponding to China TA2) material, specially designed for high-precision manufacturing and corrosion-resistant scenarios, suitable for fields such as chemical equipment, medical implants, and marine engineering, meeting the requirements of lightweight, extreme environmental resistance, and biocompatibility.

- Excellent corrosion resistance:Titanium content ≥ 99.5%, strict control of impurities (Fe ≤ 0.20%, O ≤ 0.18%), annual corrosion rate<0.02mm in strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. The surface is acid washed or polished to remove oxide film, suitable for harsh environments such as seawater desalination equipment and electrolytic anodes.
- Mechanical performance adaptation to multiple scenarios:Annealing tensile strength ≥ 270MPa, elongation ≥ 27%, cold working strength increased by 30% -50% (such as tensile strength reaching 350MPa), combining toughness and rigidity. Through vacuum melting and cold drawing process, it has excellent fatigue resistance.
- Process compatibility:Diameter ranging from 0.2mm to 8.0mm, supporting customization of coiled wire (5-20kg) or straight wire (500-1000mm). High purity argon gas protection is required during welding, with a weld strength of over 90% of the base material, suitable for TIG/MIG welding and precision weaving. The surface can be customized with polishing or acid washing to meet different interface adhesion requirements.
