L-shaped titanium profile for ships are made of Grade 2 industrial pure titanium or Ti-6Al-4V-ELI (low gap element titanium alloy), designed specifically for high salt spray, strong corrosion, and dynamic load environments in the ocean. They provide lightweight, anti biological attachment, and long-life right angle structural support, suitable for ship frames, deck equipment, propulsion systems, and deep-sea pressure resistant equipment.

- Deep sea level corrosion resistance: Titanium oxide film (TiO ₂) resists seawater immersion and splash zone erosion, with Cl ⁻ corrosion resistance 10 times that of 316L stainless steel.
- Anti biological adhesion: Surface hydrophobic treatment (contact angle>110 °), inhibits adhesion of barnacles and algae, reduces ship resistance, and improves fuel efficiency by 5% -8%.
- High strength and lightweight: The tensile strength is ≥ 345MPa (GR2)/895MPa (Ti-6Al-4V), with a density of only 4.5g/cm ³, reducing weight by 50% compared to steel profiles, and improving ship load capacity and speed.
