This product is made of high-purity alpha titanium alloy GR2 (corresponding to China TA2) material, designed specifically for strong corrosive environments, with excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight, and anti biological adhesion characteristics. It is suitable for key scenarios such as chemical engineering, marine engineering, and environmental protection equipment.

Core advantages

  • Corrosion resistance in all scenarios:It exhibits excellent performance in nitric acid (≤ 80% concentration), alkaline solutions, seawater, and wet chlorine environments. The surface dense oxide film (TiO ₂) can resist chloride ion corrosion, with an annual corrosion rate of less than 0.001mm in a 3.5% NaCl solution. In nitric acid with a concentration below 50% at room temperature, the corrosion rate is less than 0.1mm/a, and the corrosion resistance life is more than 5 times that of 316L stainless steel. But it is necessary to avoid environments with high temperature and high concentration sulfuric acid (concentration>5% and temperature>50 ℃) and hydrofluoric acid.
  • Mechanical performance balance:The annealed tensile strength is ≥ 343MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 275MPa, the elongation is ≥ 25%, the density is only 4.51g/cm ³, and the specific strength is 1.8 times that of stainless steel. It can meet the structural strength requirements of equipment while being lightweight.
  • Strong process adaptability:Supports cold rolling, hot rolling, and welding processing, with a welding joint strength of up to 90% of the base metal. The surface is treated with acid wash or glossy finish, and can be customized with a thickness of 0.8-50mm and a width of ≤ 2000mm.
