This product is made of industrial pure titanium GR1 and GR2 materials, designed specifically for corrosion resistance and lightweight requirements. It is suitable for fields such as chemical equipment, medical devices, marine engineering, and heat exchange systems, meeting the long-term reliability requirements in highly corrosive environments.

Titanium content ≥ 99.5%, through the self-healing mechanism of surface oxide film, the annual corrosion rate in seawater, nitric acid and neutral salt solutions is less than 0.02mm, and the resistance to Cl ⁻ corrosion is better than 316L stainless steel. Typical applications include seawater desalination equipment (5000 meter deep sea environment) and chlor alkali industry electrolytic cells, with a lifespan of more than three times that of stainless steel.

  • Mechanical performance balance

Tensile strength ≥ 240MPa, yield strength 170-310MPa, elongation ≥ 24%. Through vacuum melting and cold rolling process, it has excellent fatigue resistance. Cold bending test shows that pipes with an outer diameter of ≤ 25mm can be bent 90 ° without cracks, making them suitable for installation in complex pipelines.

The surface can be customized with acid wash or bright annealing to meet the flow requirements of different media.
